cant feed kittens with milk?
 

is it true we cant feed kittens with milk and cant bath them before completing their vaccination? i adopted a 2months kitten from spca and the vet told me this..i dont know much about kitten health care so anybody could lend me spme advises on how to take care of kitties ya..tq{victory}

u x leh bg kitten susu lembu yg biase kte bg kat baby... sbb yer t kcg u leh jd sembelit..

kalu nk bg susu kne bli susu yg khs tok kitten... tp kalu umur 2 bln x pyh susu pown xper..

susu x termsk dlm diet kcg.. mse bru lhir je susu pntg..

I can't resist..nak gak balas...

Dairy products ataupun susu... ada lemak dan protein yang berguna untuk kucing...yang mana amat penting masa pertumbuhan/pembesaran, mengandung, menyusukan anak dan juga masa stress. Susu actually ada calcium and phosphorus...memang betul susu bukan dalam diet semulajadi tapi tak salah kalau diberi sekali sekala...occasional basis.

Kalau terlebih, kucing akan cirit birit..Ini explaination yang saya dapat dari internet..

Most cats (and dogs) develop essentially the same condition as they age because they lose the enzyme, lactase, necessary to help them digest lactose, a sugar present in milk. (Kittens, of course, have ample quantities of this enzyme so they can digest their mom's milk.) As the undigested lactose passes through the intestinal tract, it draws water along with it. In addition, bacteria present in the colon ferment the undigested sugars and produce volatile fatty acids. The result is diarrhea.

Cats can probably tolerate a little milk, but larger quantities will almost assuredly cause diarrhea in most. Since cats who consume a nutritionally complete and balanced commercial diet don't require any of the nutrients in milk, there is normally no reason to give it.

no offense.. tapi leh tak tulis penuh.. kiter2 kat sini banyak yang dah tua2...jadik bhasa2 macam nieh..juling mata nak membaca..susah nak baca.. kan ada keyboard kan..bukan keypad phone..{victory}

just as a reminder jer sbbnyer forumer and otai2 kat sini ramai macam2 ada..umo 30 pun ada...umo 40 pun ada, 50 pun ada..macam2 ada.. even i yang umo 26 nieh pun mata dah juling pasue kena baca banyak kali baru paham..apatah lagi yang senior2 gitu..{victory} peace...
