LEON LAI SUGGESTS THAT LAGOON PERDANA MANAGEMENT SHLD REWARD PEOPLE TO KILL THE CATS / DOGS. HE SAYS KILL THEM AND SHOW THE DEAD BODY. RM 50 FOR A CAT & RM 100 FOR A DOG.
WHO HE THINK HE IS ? GOD ??? TAKING INNOCENT LIVES JUST LIKE THAT. WHAT SORT OF MENTALITY HE HAS ??
