Another Doggie In Need of Rescue

I got a watsapp from a fren saying there a doggie abandoned near Taman Sri Taming, beside ABC Food Corner, 2/2 Jalan Sri Taming, Cheras, Bt 9. My fren says it's male, small to medium size, black and looks frail. Can anyone help to rescue.
