MKA Cert coming or not?

just bought a pup recently. is there anyway to ensure that MKA is preparing the cert and will deliver to the previous owner? i mean is there anyway to check on this? i hav the microchip no.

you may google to find MKA centre and give a call there to verify with the microchip no. normally it will take 3 months for the MKA physical cert to arrived at the breeder...My breeder did gave the cert to me once they receive it..
