Removal of "What MCFA didn't tell you" Thread
 

Dear Members,

As we have clearly explained in an earlier thread, Removal of MCFA Threads (http://forums.petfinder.my/showthread.php?t=4920), we have received legal threats from lawyers of Haizan Choo & Co, representing Ismail bin Mohd Ali (President of MCFA), demanding that we immediately remove the threads or face legal action.

We have removed the thread and requested that our members comply, but unfortunately Amirimran has again resurrected the issue, and this got us a SECOND legal letter stating that they would be proceeding with the pursuance of legal action as we did not comply to their demands (which we did).

For the benefit of the homeless animals at PetFinder.my, we are forced to take action accordingly. The thread "What MCFA didn't tell you" will be removed, and Amirimran will receive a temporary suspension for 1 month as he has violated his earlier promise to put a closure to this issue and brought us further legal trouble.

We wish to emphasize that this decision is for the greater good of our service, so we have no choice but to comply to these demands.

Yet the ending of each and every thread of the said person tells it all.

Who willing to cheat her friend for her own benefit. hehehe
