Hi Fremon,

Burmese kitten - wooot wooot!! 100%lap cat. Not for cage or else they get stress out easily.
What kind of Burmese kitten do you have? What color is she?
They are nocturnal, high energy and very playful cats. They are like a dog. She will play fetch with you and loves to follow you around. That's why they are better when they are 100% indoor and cage-less.
Most of dog-like personality cats such as Burmese are learned to walk with leash.
Check out the youtube for other Burmese kitties.
They like moving things so to encourage her to drink water get a water fountain if you don't have one yet.
Just always be there for her when ur around 'coz they love talking back, too.
Burmese kitten is emotional but once she get the hang around you, she is a clown cat.
She loves to climb so prepare the cat tree. She will like to climb on your shoulder once she trusted you.
Burmese kitties are crucial on early stage than other kittens but when they reach adulthood with good health they are more solid and aged gracefully. (reportedly Australian owner, her Burmese cat lives until 27)
Their coat is naturally shiny. You will notice it once she reached adulthood and the color is sable, chocolate and blue.

Good luck!

Best regards and proud owner of blue European Burmese cat - Ashanta,
Eve
