Need spaying/neuter svc for cats and dogs.
 

Hi,
is there any vet that are willing to volunteer to help spay and neuter cats and dogs at a low price?
i am currently helping a dog pound to maintain their pets and there are too many cats and dogs and we would like to spay and neuter them to stop all of them to continue breeding.
