Dog licenses information
 

I've posted a thread some time ago (it's still here) asking about the procedure in applying for a dog license. For the benefit of many, I've decided to start a new thread to provide the most accurate information in applying for a dog license for new dog owners.

Please post only of you are certain of the procedure as I would like to keep this as an information thread. Thanks!

Jurisdiction: DBKL

Price: RM10 (Male)

Documents Required: None.
(There is a part though where they asked for your microchip number if you have one. It's OK even if you don't fill in)

Received from DBKL: Tag with registration number, and copy of registration form.

The procedure:
Went to DBKL HQ at Dataran Merdeka. Got my number and waited at least 30 mins for my turn. When it was my turn, got a form and filled it there and then. Paid, and got my tag. The guy at the counter was very helpful. {cool}
