Fish 4 Cats Dry Food is it better than Orijen?

Tadi saya pergi pets store in mines,Both of the vet cakap Fish 4 cats (finest fish 4 cats) Dry food is the best.Is it true?
which is better chicken or fish for my cats?

currently using RC persian 30

Orijen is a 5 stars cat food, while Fish4Cats is 4 stars and RC is 3.5 stars.
