Injuried cat needs medical attention

I've been feeding some cats around Bukit Indah area and spotted one cat with injuries and eye problems (looks swollen) probably due to fight with stray dogs/cats. He seems to be able to take care of himself but always have to fight for food with the pack. He has quite a big, open, healing wound on his left front leg. As the environment is pretty dirty, I think the wound and his eyes would probably get worse. I have tried reaching out to some non-profit organisation but did not get a response from them.

Where else can I get help from? Or any vets who are kind enough to treat strays for free or cheaper rates around the area to recommend?
