Need help

Hi, I am new to this website. I would like to ask that if I found a stray dogs near my area what should I do? The dog has serious injured on the head and is getting more and more serious. We have bought a medication spray for the dog, but she kept running away. We even seek veterinary, and the cost is too high that we can't afford to pay. Just hope that this website can give some help on this matters. :)

Maybe you can ask and apply for help and subsidy from certain NGO or even at petfinder here. Seek the amount of donation you need and bring the dog ( if you can ) temporary to the vet and ask for a rescue rate.

If it's me, I'd bring the dog to the vet to seek the cost first before asking for donations. I think Maneki Neko will know better than I do about applying medical funds :)

Amlain, please bear in mind when offering advice on the forum that you are in the US, and this web site is based in Malaysia. Your suggestion to "contact to the city management services" is not applicable here. The only services that our city councils offer in terms of dogs are catching them and killing them.
