Dear Rescuers,

A kind tourist from Uzbekistan, Sasha Petrov came across a distressed cat near JALAN BUKIT BINTANG, and kindly left some money to a person to help feed it before returning to his home country.

Any rescuers near the area that can help check out the cat's condition?
