DO NOT let this family who stays at No. 16, Jalan 8/62B, Bandar Menjalara, Kepong, adopt your puppy becoz they will gv empty promises such as they will neuter d puppy !

The best way to ensure that the animal is neutered is to neuter it before you release it for adoption. The ages at which both kittens and puppies can be spayed and neutered has dropped over the years as surgical methods improve. If the cost of neutering is a problem, look for reduced-cost or subsidized services at places like Selangor SPCA or MyAnimalCare. You can also ask for an adoption fee to recover the cost of neutering, vaccinations, etc. :-)
