There is one mobile vet in Cheras. You could call SPCA. Last time they suggested him to me.

If you can't find a vet: maybe you could learn how to test the glucose level on your own?

your cat knows naturally how to eat meat. It just doesn't like the wet food which you offer. Did you try different flavors?
Did you check the gum too? My cat often has a gum infection...
