If you are really serious about setting up the shelter, you should get in touch with SPCA, PAWS etc and ask for some assistance from them.

The food cost is not the only expense you will incur....

Until you can get the animal to a vet, Please also try these things, that have worked for me in the past :-

Warm salty water or saline solution (Use cotton wool or a small plastic tub)
Wash the...

Thank you.

I managed to trap the cat i think is mine, but unfortunately she doesn't seem to recognise me at all.

We cannot get a good look at her yet (as she is hiding in the "cardboardbox...
