SPCA & police department are both useless to address this kind of issue...

here is msia.... maybe hope on consumer department....

this pukimak dog seller is keep changing name in few web site...

The clinic at puchong told me, SPCA cant do anything against this seller.
So who is responsible on this? Police? Is a fraud...

My letter to SPCA and I able to spoke to a female staff. But sadly, no action taken.
