Even after nearly 10 months i'm still bitter about this. My cat died not too long after the incident. 50% of me blame myself but the other half blame these pet shop for refusing to treat my cat.

I agree, i don't like he just turn his back and went to the back of the shop. Very rude. Not forgetting his smug tone and wordings.
