i know SPCA doesn't aware the way DBKL did all this long but for us we know it was DBKL only... but if u look closer there was SPCA name appeared. it really a bad image exspecially on...

for me... they was cruel and the way to put to sleep was suffering... i really hope DBKL/SPCA can do something... as for all the management just can answered "will investigate" so now i wanna ask...

hi.. i am new here... i really feel helpless when see DBKL doing this... and if not mistaken... joint by SPCA...

i wonder what are they doing? are they think is the right way all this while?
