Maybe a long time ago he tried to applied for a job in SPCA and got rejected? Now he's trying to get even? hmmmmmmmm {shy} His attacks seems to be aimed at SPCA KL in particular only too...wonder...

Ok so as not to hear those SPCA "bashers" chime their "why no TNR?" let me set the record straight. SPCA Penang is doing TNR and they have been doing that for some time now as a matter of fact....
