Neem, I do not know where you stay but what you can do is to flip the Yellow pages, go to Pet Shops/Pet Supplies section as well as Vets section, pick up the phone and call to find out who sells Milkodog nearest to you and how much.
p.s. And better to let a vet take a looki at Moki because young kittens like Moki and MoMo are very vulnerable. Let them eat as much as they want and can, especially the steamed chicken breast meat because poor eaters stand a very poor chance of surviving diseases and illness ... from my experience, only the gluttons manage to survive.
