Hmm...looking the weather, noticeable it is very hot at day and darn cold at night for raining heavily. It is possible for cat to catch fever during nowadays, symptoms are lethargy and loosing apetite.
What we can help is try to offer them food but always help feed water to them. At times, get an ice cube and try to let them lick it from your hands.
