You must get those tame bird not those normal budgies.
if you get the normal budgies which is about rm 40, it wont be tame.
If they are really tame, you can pet them and they love it.
they will stand on your finger/shoulder as you walk around. of course if you bring them out they may fly away so put them inside your house and close the window.
Unless you want to clip the wing. then you can bring them anywhere
