I forgot to add something, during the meeting I ask the comitee what smell are they referring to (poo or cat smell) they can't determine. Like what other's said, if you fight for it even if you appeal to the MPPP if they want to make trouble (the neighbours) they can come up with other ways. There are lots of problems here, from ppl throwing rubbish, security sleeping, parking problems, all kinds of problems here.
