OMG!! Is this real? really?
Did this happen in Malaysia? That is crazy right there!! I have witnessed a few and this one beats them all. They will get the punishment they deserve. I wish that Malaysia have ASPCA, where they fight crimes against animals, arrest the people responsible, and put them in jail/fine them. This is so unfair, it's so cruel it's crazy. I can't believe this.
