As for your question which vet I usually go for my cats is Permas Animal Clinic & Surgery. Dr. Foo is a nice doc as he can diagnosed straight away my cats problem once he sees them. And his treatment really cure them.
Where is Dr. Han Clinic? Is it at Larkin area?
But I have an option for spray, neuter & vaccination as there's a government doc who do locum during weekends and his service include home visit which mean he can come to our house by booking with reasonable price.
All my cats was neutered & sprayed by him.
He charged me RM30 (latest price - last 4 years he only charged me RM20 for 4 in 1 vaccine) but of course u need to vaccine at least 3 cats per visit. The price include home visit fee. So, I usually combined with my neighbor for vaccination. And for neuter he charged me RM 60 (male) RM100 (female) The fee include home visit fee & antibiotics.
