Apart from apa yg Pakcu suggested,u can teach Coco to poo/pee inside the litter box by putting her faeces inside the litter box/sand.that is one way to teach her to poo/pee at the proper place.to avoid the sand messing up the floor,buy the litter box with flap like in the pictures by Pakcu.I bought from Petsmore cost only RM71.Litter box brand is Voyager.
