The important thing here is to notice that the virus has a short life span once the cat sheds it. When your cat needs some exercise time outside the cage, do you have a separate room in which you could let her stretch her legs? As long as she uses separate food & water bowls and litter box, and if you keep the room closed off to your 2 healthy cats for 2-3 hours after she's left it, you should be fine.
Letting her out, however, is neither a great idea for her nor other cats with whom she comes into contact. If she gets into a fight, she won't fare well in her weakened state, and she is also likely to infect the other cat. If it's at all possible, I would suggest keeping her within your house.
