it's hard to tell jugak. If we make the process tough, we'll end up not having any adopted pulak. This one usually it goes with instinct.. if you really do an animal lover, and love the animals.. you surely know by hunch whether they are the right adopter or otherwise.
they are also a few people for e.g one indian lady who will buy around in pf and breed and sell..but seems that pf can't do anything ( as long as we still have the sale/buy section)..the lady is still there until today.. making $$$
take ebay for example.. they operate on reputations and also comments.. mayeb we can follow that also..( and they do not allow live animal to be sold on their sites anyway)..
I really hope this time around we'll learn as tho we learnt from previous incidents yet nothing really changing ( except that now we have Scammers section)
