Received from DBKL: Tag with registration number, and copy of registration form.
The procedure:
Went to DBKL HQ at Dataran Merdeka. Got my number and waited at least 30 mins for my turn. When it was my turn, got a form and filled it there and then. Paid, and got my tag. The guy at the counter was very helpful.
