If you are serious about helping this cat, it's better if you let us know the name of the pet shop so we can take proper action to try and RESCUE this cat. The most important thing to me is the fate of this poor cat (and others like him who may also be mistreated in this petshop)

Knowing about this mistreatment and not doing anything about it is almost as bad as torturing the animals ourselves.

Always have faith that the power is in our hands. Let's not be mere bystanders. There are many many success stories here in PF where cats who have been mistreated have managed to be rescued. Let's create another success story with a happy ending.
