Agreed, Bernice. If it were acceptable and legal to serve dog-meat in Russia, the Chinese restaurant owners wouldn't have needed to deceive their customers, listing it as beef or pork. It's really upsetting to read stories like this one, both because of the dogs being "cruelly butchered" and to think that restaurant owners would be so unethical as to lie about what they're serving. For those of us who don't or can't eat certain things, this is a frightening thought.
