And the doctor told us that he cant help if we cant control our dog. In other words, told us to leave.
We are totally disappointed with his lack of professionalism as an animal handler.

I'm sorry to hear that you had such a stressful, unpleasant and ultimately unproductive visit to that clinic.
I've heard that Dr. Vijay at Healing Rooms is really wonderful when it comes to handling his patients, often getting down on the floor with the animals to observe them in a more natural and relaxed manner. His clinic is in SS17; maybe give him a try? Good luck!
