Nurkasih, I think you've got it exactly right. Unless the tail is causing the animal pain or problem, enjoy it as one of the cat's unique qualities! To fix it is akin to cosmetic surgery -- it makes you happy, perhaps, but it puts the animal at risk and is of no benefit to anyone.
