Hi,

I think you need to let it to heal for a week. Neutered on Fri and to take it on Sunday, its too soon. The wound just about to heal. Eventhough its a male, and the procedure is not that big like a female procedure, but still there's a wound that need to be healed. Stress might cause the healing process to be longer or risky. Plus you sound to be traveled far from KL... Travel also can make cat feel stress :)
