Re: Neglect is Abuse Too!
Animals should have the same rights as any living, breathing creature, not just 'basic rights'! All animals should be protected from being exploited and abused by humans and their abusers should be punished to the fullest extent that parallels to the abuse they have inflected upon any animal. Laws protecting animals are AS GOOD AS " N O N " and are in dire need of restructuring! The 'time' must fit the 'crime' in all cases!
