One minute say keep low profile and next minute say have to broadcast to whole community to help educate/awareness. Make up your mind, which is it? Low profile or awareness?
Do you even know what SPCA is doing, you poor uninformed bystanders (as how you put it)?
If you people want to vent your frustrations, take it to the local council who are doing the killing and not SPCA. The money spent on killing could have been easily used to neuter. Think about it for awhile.
I seriously pity you guys and all the bottled up anger. Must be teenage energy which we old people no longer have
