The thing is, the puppy now is gone. I dunno where it goes or who removed it from the area. But I really hope it's in a better hand right now. I'm gonna use the information that you gave me as a future reference so that in future I know who should I call or what should I do.

Thank you so much for the help. Even though I do not have any dog, I think dogs are amazing animals and should be protected.
