Bagus nyer. Do you take sick cats too i.e. ones that are currently on meds and need to complete the prescription for a few more days, etc ? And do you cover the Klang Valley, or just a few kilometers from your base ?

Betul, Gambate. S'times kita dah bond a friendship dgn vets tuh, tak kesahlah if the rest of the staff is $%$$^^ "not so friendly". Tp it would be wonderful if everyone's customer service is at least at "acceptable" level, kan ?

Tu pasal, vet mana pun, i make sure i dpt ikut masuk masa org kat klinik tu hantar my cats ke belakang. And klu kena board byk hari i.e. sakit, i make sure i pi visit. Sbb pernah i buat surprise visit, the cat tidur atas poo dia. Kcg ni pembersih; di rumah, pasir kotor pun dia geli. Tp masa tu dia dah tak kesah. Too sick to care agaknya. Masa i jenguk, my furkid buat muka kesian, and mengiau minta balik (ni perkataan staffs kat situ yer). Masa tu i rasa kcg tu makin sakit dgn keadaan yg sebegitu. I pernah tanya kenapa tak alas, they said "supaya dpt check poo n pee dia elok ker tidak". Maybe ada logiknya. Tp still, masa tu kcg tu bukan kena cirit pun ...

Setuju. Tp kdgkala ada yg tak suka ditegur atau diajar camner nak tegur staff dia. Ada juga staff lebih garang dr doktor. Just because dia dah kerja lebih lama dr doktor muda tuh. Ada juga doktor yg apologized on behalf of the staff yg kasar bahasa. Mcm2 ragam manusia. Kita sbg customer pulak yg perlu byk sabar.
