Thanks for sharing, At the moment not have a rule for saying pet shop cannot sell any cat or dog at Malaysia. Boycott stores that sell dogs and cats. Tell them that you are taking your business elsewhere until they stop selling dogs and cats.
what you can do is tell your friends NEVER buy a puppy or kitten from that pet store. NEVER buy anything from that pet store.
