He and his daughter don deserve to own a dog or any other living thing.
Let's c how he and her daughter react if somebody took them home and then later discard them to a place that put that to permanent sleep.

Not stupid, Vivi, actually they very smart one (otak very geliga at scheming, tipu, scoring at exams, win business deals, get wealthy), but got no heart. Can amass tons of $$ but sadly contributes nothing to society or the world. Got lots of grey matter between the ears but lacking in heart and compassion. Lots of humans like that, and generating lots of kids like that too (Kena kembiri orang macam tu, ya? to stop the multiplication!). Got a few $$ act and think they own the world.

Hi All,

When I was looking for someone to adopt Stripey I wanted to be really careful about the adopter, and just did not want to hand Stripey over without any possible recourse if things went wrong. I searched around on the Internet and found a pet contract. I modified it slightly and have attached it here in PDF and Word format. I think all of the points are reasonable and I would never give up an animal to any adopter who disagreed or refused to sign, this would send alarm bells ringing! Also before giving up an animal under your care, make sure you visit the adopters home, again if they refuse, then do not let them adopt. It will take a bit of extra time, but will give piece of mind.

Perhaps we can post this contract up to create awareness and give an extra option to any adoptee's who might wish to use it...

On signing, I guess a witness signature is fine, but perhaps it's also possible to get the paperwork officially stamped?
