GMT puzzle...
just wondering... why when i'm online... the time is in GMT +8... when offline, change to GMT +9... about an hour different there... any explaination...

Well, I think when you log in, it uses your profile's own time zone.. which you can set.. ie, each person can set their own timezone.. for example, someone living in london using petfinder can set their timezone appropriately so they can see the actual local time for their posts.
As for the 1 hour difference between loggin in or not loggin in, I have fixed that... apparently the daylight saving time is on.. ie, it's no daylight saving time for some countries in this time zone.. so, it pandai pandai adjusted.

I just registered and because I'm on my laptop in Slovakia, it was going to register me as Slovakian, with SK time. I corrected that, being from Australia!
