*ahem* a request has been made for me to share photos of my buns... so here goes!

This is Buttons. She's slightly over a year old, spayed, and is full of attitude!

looking all sage-like, as though she has seen all there is to see in this world and knows the answers to all questions on life

and this is Yohji. He's the gentler bunny between the two.. maybe because he's neutered

well, i hope these were the pictures of buns you guys had in mind

i have tons more but don't wanna make this post too photo-heavy.

Anyways, Buttons and Yohji are bonded (generally, bunnies have to go thru a bonding process before they accept a new bunny as a companion). They are free range in my living room, I don't like caging my pets. They are also litter trained. It took me only about 1-2 weeks to fully litter train each of them.

See the 2 plastic boxes behind Buttons in the picture below?

Those are their litter boxes and that's basically all the set-up that I need for them (apart from tons of wooden chew toys). Easy huh?

Wow... your BUNS are really cute, bunny! So adorable that I can't resist giving the bunnies a peck on their buns

The first two photos are very nicely taken.. are you into photography?

And the 4th pic is funny haha, Yohji's like lying on the ground exhausted after a hard day's work.. "Wheww.... finally time to grab nap nap!"

Thanks :) its a new hobby, I just picked it up a month ago so there's still loads to learn

Yea, the bunnies are usually active in the early morning and at night. So in the daytime, this is what you'll see.. bunnies melted into the ground, as though they have been toiling and sweating from hard labour the night before haha

I love photography too... but just an amateur, still equipped with my loyal 4-year-old Olympus C-750Z companion, don't have a DSLR haha.. What camera are you using?

wow looks like you're quite well-travelled! which is the best place you've visited so far?

I'm using a Nikon D60.. better work my way up slowly, these things cost a bomb

more pics will be added but i need time to sort through the whole pile that i have. those fellas never stay still so i usually snap a ton, then pick up one or two good ones only hehe

wow.. so cute... feel like want to bunnap... haha... i love yohji... so cute... especially the restless pic of him... haha... last time, when im still a little kid... i used to have a bunny... my grandma love bunny and got lots bunny... so i she gave me one... then my bunny pass away le... grandma said she too old le... thats why passed away...

Hehe.. I've been to most of the Asian countries, and a couple of European ones.. each has its own uniqueness in terms of food, culture etc.. I think the ones most memorable for me are UK where I studied and Japan which is spearheading eastern countries in terms of technology, fashion and especially "pet worshipping"

Yeah, it's really hard to take pics of animals... I was sweating like pig chasing the hyperactive Chanelle around trying to get some decent pics of her a few days back... all I ended up snapping were parts of head or butt as she dodged around running like a mad doggy haha!

oh, i was in Hokkaido end of last year for a treasure hunt, it was the start of winter and it just the most beautiful place i've ever ever seen! i really miss it, and the people were so extremely pleasant even tho we couldn't understand each other at all haha

my bunny passed away when he's 10 years old... actually how you toilet trained your bunny...?? can teach me...???

Sure Veanne! Its really easy, as they are habitual by nature. They usually pee and poo in one same spot.

When you first bring a rabbit home, prepare a litter box for it, and to help you rrabbit learn, put its pellets & hay near or in the box (depends on how big the box is). Normally, they poo while they're eating. So, if you arrange their space such that they can sit in their litter box while eating, they will soon get used to poo-ing in the litter box.

If they pee outside of the litter box, soak the pee in tissue and leave the tissue in the box so that they recognise their scent. Clean the spot where they peed with white vinegar, that will help to remove any scent to avoid them going back there to pee.

Some rabbits can be more stubborn and choose to pee elsewhere. if your rabbit insists on peeing elsewhere, move the litter box to that area. Sometimes we have to accommodate them

its recommended to limit your rabbit's space to a smaller area when you begin litter training (although i broke this rule with my rabbits :p but they still learnt very fast). Once they have learnt, then you may increase the size of their area. If the area is big, you may need to prepare 1 or more extra litter boxes. Otherwise, they may not be able to make it back to their usual litter box in time hehe

so far, i only have 1 litter box for each rabbit. seems to be enough for them.

...anyway u all are talking bout photography rite i'm into it too but i got no moeny to buy da digital dslr...i got a film one whic now film also harga naik so...i seldom take with tht camera....actually i am an art student( used to lar now old liau)...24 is old rite hahaha.....and i took photography course in my second year...and i work used to work as assit photographer before i grad....i was fun but very expensive kind of hobby loh......

mw_pon! 24 is old?! what does that make me??!! haha anyways, no worries about the dslr, as people say, its the eye behind the camera which makes all the difference, not the camera model :)

Serene - you took photography? Cool - why not post up some of your masterpieces here to share with us? Ya is an expensive hobby especially during the analog camera days, nowadays with digitals you can snap till your fingers cramp haha! =)

hahaha my master piece arr....donno wher i put liau all are films pix so when i move out of campus i pack it some wher but donno wher.....so is very hard for me to find back ....but i personally prefered b/w pix....i findit very simple but yet it portrait a mysterious feeling ....tht i my opinion lar....now seldom take photo liau is a very expensive hobby to pay around hahaha
