It is indeed a vile and sickening practice

i don't understand why they need to eat dog meat in this country when other types of food-meat is available.

more sickening is the apathetic attitude of our govt and public-at-large towards this.

if there's any petition against this, count me in.

i can't even click on the links and read the articles. i feel sick already. just the thought of eating such an intelligent creature, one that is so sensitive, nurturing, and worst of all, AWARE of what is going on. if anyone tried anything with my dogs, i think i would make that person cook and eat his own body parts. yes, i am THAT disgusting.

I cannot bear to watch either, the pain in my heart will be too much to bear like the kittens killed with stilettos and burnt with lighter fuel with the kittens' horrorful images imprinted in my mind right into the night! I want to lynch those low-downs kaw-kaw and let them wish for death to come quickly.

... and I feel I want wrap those kittens tenderly in my arms and cuddle them close to my chest ...

neither did i. and for once i'm glad for my shortsightedness as the pics in the thumbnails are too small and faint for my poor eyes to focus on, but a general glance is enough to know feel their pain anguish and suffering, not only the physical pain and torture but the mental as well.

I've read a Pet Magazine today while waiting for my silky grooming.
It was about the origin "Chow Chow" breed name.

CHow Chow is 100% origined from China, not western.
Despite being a good (forgot which type of dog and usage)dog, but chow chow still deserve a bad ending which is the China mans treat CHow Chow as a food, a protein source, or a food that bring the warmest to their body during winter afer eating them, the method of cooking is "stir frying" with other vegetables.
Chow Chow means "炒"
炒炒
炒肉

Here comes a breed name "Chow Chow"

i hate to discriminate agains the chinese or talk down on them but sometimes i think the reason they're like this is

1) cultural practice (not for survival but out of habit)
2) out of necessity where in places they're so poor they need to get whatever meat they can to survive the harsh conditions
3) because they weren't taught any "morality" and "ethics". remember there were under the communist regime for a long time (and still is) and no religion is allowed - therefore anything goes ....i guess
