ROFL*** with the statement , like owner like cat...
Perhaps it is the fact , humans are more of catty attitude esp. women.
I really thought Miwako would be the hardest one.
Since my 2 kittens are almost the same age, Miwako is huge and over 1 yr. old cat with not-so -good history with her last owner n her cat.
Ashanta has dog personality and seems to enjoy chasing cats away.
I figure maybe because all of them are female. They know each other's demands like Ashanta's ping pong ball (no one touched it except her), Nefertiti's fave sleeping area (no one is allowed to step in their paws) and Miwako's solitary time (no one should disturbs her 'privacy')- they just know how to respect each other.
We, humans, are the only exempted from their demands.
That's why I am so happy and relief because they welcome her and she accepted them. No more sleepless nights
to say the least especially from Ashanta's late-at-night antics and when the crazy monkey takes over at 2-7 am.
Thank you so much, Amanda.

It must be that you attract happy, sociable, well-adjusted cats, and I am unconsciously drawn to the territorial monsters. Like owner, like cat?
Congratulations on your newly expanded family -- they're all lovely!
