Small dog found in Taman TAR

Hi there,
Posting this for a friend of mine. Small male dog found 23rd February 2010 in the evening near Jalan 7 and Jalan 1 in Taman TAR. This is near the Tamarind Springs restaurant and the KDE golf course. The dog is a light beige colored Shih Tzu? My friend is 100% positive that this dog is missing from someone's home. There are other details about this dog but she is holding them back so the owner can provide proof of ownership. I finally got a chance to see the dog today and snap a few pictures. There is now a found pet profile for this dog( PF10534). Hope the photos will help someone recognize this dog and help find his family!
