Exclamation Need help interpreting FIV & FeLV snap test results

Hi to all, I would appreciate if you could help me interpret two test results.
The tests have been performed by my vet, both on my cat, according to the instructions provided and read/photographed in a 10 minute window.
They were both performed with whole blood.
But after a bit of research I doubt he was right in interpreting them so I would like to hear more opinions, if you have ever had experience with these tests. I found some images on this site showing a very similar test kit.

So...

Test 1:

Test 2:

Here are higher-resolution images for both:

Thank you in advance for your time and effort.

Important note and disclaimer:
None of the opinions or answers I get here will in any way have influence on my future actions or decisions. I will explain the reasons for asking this and post my vet's opinion after I get a few answers here, as I wouldn't like to influence your opinions in any way.
The test used and shown on these pics is a branded product from Croatia, "FeliGnost". After a bit of research I was able to identify it's actually this test by a Chinese manufacturer.

Default Re: Need help interpreting FIV & FeLV snap test results

Let me chat with myself for a bit

I managed to get in contact with the manufacturer of the above tests. They have read the tests as FIV+ (which should be confirmed via laboratory testing) and FeLV- .
My vet has read both tests being positive for both viruses.
This is so confusing...
