Hi, everyone. I am new here.Currently I’m doing thesis research on condominium for pet lovers. As what I know, Strata Title is preventing the animal to be keep as pet in apartment/condominium. I went to Desa Park City and there are a lot of pet lovers and mainly with dogs. May I know are the stratified condominiums in DPC are allowing cats/dogs to be keep as pets?
Beside that, may I know what are the difficulties that you are facing for keeping cats and dogs in the apartment / condominium? Do you mind to share you experiences here? Really appreciate your comments
