Requirements

1. Malaysian citizen, 18 - 26 years
   
2. SPM with credit in Bahasa Melayu and English.
   
3. Diploma holder or higher qualification will also be considered
   
4. Any other recognized certificate related to English communication will also be considered.
   
5. Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia & English both written and spoken.
   
6. Knowledge in other language is an added advantage.
   
7. Physically and mentally fit with good vision.
   
8. Pleasant disposition, good communication skills and sensitive to customers’ needs.
   
9. Previous experience in customer services would be an advantage.
   
10. Able to work in shifts at Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA)
