A message to all Animal Lovers in Penang
I just want to share this info to all animals out there especially those living in Penang. Never ever buy or rent an apartment in Permai Ria. They have a lousy comitee who doesn't know how to run things. Neighbours are not friendly, they will make a report and your kids will be evicted. Also the place here is dirty full of sampah and the guards always sleeping. So if you are planning to move out never live here if you are planning on bringing along your furry kids.
