Yeah,dogs bite can cause injury or death so what they should them put the owner to sleep instead of dog because of their stupidity. In the end dogs is always become the victim.

This is very unfair to the DOG OWNER

Aiyoh, dog lovers, please la, my friends ... just because some unfairness or stupidity punya rule or law produced by some prawn head for dogs, don't la throw your agitation at the next animal in line in the muka sepohsen queue ... their suffering and fate as strays are just as bad. Many, many cats actually do not have owners but are actually unfortunate strays.

That they poo-poo in your garden and mess it all up (yes, maddening and infuriating) tapi, just like the dogs, we must blame the humans (if they have owners) but if strays, we still blame the humans because if we trace up the family line, somewhere, some irresponsible human who owned its grandparents or great-great grandparents had neglected to neuter them or tossed out the kids or mama/papa when the numbers got too many or left them behind when they moved house.

Please, fellow animal lovers (dogs AND cats) let us unite and aim our barrels at the big prawns punya heads ya? (don't point at the kefala kocing, ya? even though their heads oso sometimes very, very big one!)
